ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

During peak periods (e.g. sales, festive seasons, new launches), processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified accordingly.


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We work with selected courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

Malaysia (Local Delivery)

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–5 working days after dispatch

  • Estimate delivery time for Sabah & Sarawak : 4-7 working days after dispatch

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–14 working days depending on destination and customs clearance

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel weight and size

Any promotional free shipping campaigns will be clearly stated on our website.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp.

Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels and ensuring availability to receive the delivery.


FAILED DELIVERY & REDELIVERY

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Failure to respond to courier

The parcel may be returned to us or held by the courier.

Any redelivery or reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete.

Lyla Atelier will not be liable for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer


DELAYS & EXTERNAL FACTORS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

We will assist where possible, but such delays are beyond our control.


LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility lies with the shipping provider.

However, we will assist customers in:

  • Lodging reports with the courier

  • Following up on investigations

Claims for lost or damaged parcels are subject to courier policies.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel
