At Lyla Atelier, we take pride in delivering carefully curated pieces with quality and attention to detail. As part of our commitment to maintaining product integrity and hygiene standards, we kindly ask all customers to review our refund and return policy before making a purchase.

By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refund requests are strictly accepted within 7 days from the date the item is received, based on the courier tracking confirmation.

Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:

  • The item received is defective, faulty, or damaged

We do not offer refunds outside this timeframe under any circumstances.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen display variations

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

For sizing concerns:

  • Customers may request for an exchange, subject to stock availability

  • FREE SIZE items are strictly not eligible for refund or exchange due to sizing issues

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, and details carefully before purchasing.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 3 days after refund approval is granted

  • Item must be in original condition, including:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Free from stains, perfume, or any odor

    • Original packaging intact

    • Tags and labels fully attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own cost.


REFUND OPTIONS

We offer two refund methods:

A. Store Credit (Recommended)

  • Full refund amount including original shipping fees

  • Issued in the form of store credit

  • Can be used for future purchases without expiry (unless stated otherwise)

B. Original Payment Method

  • Refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout

  • Shipping fees are not refundable

Please note that any payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted and are not controlled by Lyla Atelier.


REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refund processing typically takes 14 to 45 working days, depending on:

  • Your bank

  • Payment provider

  • Processing time outside of our control


Refund process by store credit typically takes 5-7 working days

Lyla Atelier will process refunds promptly once the returned item has been received and inspected.


RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise advised

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

Lyla Atelier will not be held responsible for:

  • Lost parcels

  • Damaged returns during transit


REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via official channels (WhatsApp / Email)

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage

  3. Wait for confirmation and approval from our team

  4. Ship the item back within the stated timeframe

Important:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.


INSPECTION & APPROVAL

All returned items will undergo inspection upon arrival.

Lyla Atelier reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject any refund request based on item condition

  • Reject returns that do not comply with our policy


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Slight imperfections that do not affect functionality may not be considered defects

  • Measurements may have minor differences due to manual production

  • Color tones may vary slightly depending on lighting and device screens
